Developing and maintaining optimal knee function is critical to posture, standing, balancing, walking, running, and essentially most activities of daily living. The key is knowing which strategies are appropriate for your client’s specific needs. Understanding and applying key assessments and the most appropriate corrective exercise techniques that will be discussed in this series will have a dramatically positive impact on how clients feel and move their body.
